Recovery
There maybe instances where ApolloOne is not working properly. This can be caused by corrupted app and / or corrupted preferences files. In this case, you can recover by using the steps below:
Delete and re-download ApolloOne:
Step 1:
Open the Application folder, and move ApolloOne to the Trash. You will be prompted your password when moving it to the Trash. Type your password and press the enter key.
Step 2:
Open the App Store app, click the Account icon on the lower left to show the list of all apps purchased. Find ApolloOne and download it again.

If this still does not restore the functionality, follow the instructions below.
Remove the preferences folder:
Step 1:
Close ApolloOne and open Finder. Select Go > Go to Folder... from the menu.
Step 2:
Type: ~/Library/Containers and press the enter key.
Step 3:
Locate the folder:

com.anogeissus.ApolloOne (for macOS prior to Big Sur)
​
OR
​
ApolloOne (for macOS Big Sur and later)
​
Move this folder to the Trash.
​
Restart ApolloOne.
